These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in this online store.

2. Prices

All prices in the online store are displayed in euros (€).
Prices include VAT according to the applicable laws of Estonia, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are added to the order total according to the selected shipping method.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order:

1. Add desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter delivery information.
4. Select a payment method.
5. Confirm the order.

After submitting the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

The sales contract enters into force when the payment is successfully received.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Maksekeskus AS, a licensed payment service provider.
Maksekeskus AS acts as an intermediary for payment processing.

Available payment methods may include:
• Estonian bank links
• Visa / Mastercard
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
• Other payment methods supported by Maksekeskus

Payments are processed in a secure payment environment outside the online store.
The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or card details.

The contract for processing payments is concluded between the customer and Maksekeskus AS.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered according to the delivery method selected during checkout.

Delivery is carried out to parcel lockers via the following service providers:
• Omniva parcel lockers — Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
• DPD parcel lockers — Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
• Smartposti parcel lockers — Estonia

Delivery is currently available to parcel lockers only. Courier delivery to a street address is not offered.

Delivery cost is €3.00 per order. Delivery is free on orders of €60.00 or more.

Estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, location, and the selected delivery method.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-day return right)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be:
• unused
• in original packaging
• in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

7. Complaints

If a product purchased from the online store has defects, the customer has the right to submit a complaint.

Complaints must include:
• order number
• description of the defect
• photo evidence if possible

The seller will respond to complaints within 15 days.

8. Liability

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the products sold comply with the contract and applicable law.

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of products.

Payment data necessary for processing payments is transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
