Overview
The ID Hazard Controller is a compact embedded control and monitoring platform designed for industrial automation, monitoring systems, and IoT-based security solutions. Built on a quad-core 64 bit processing platform, the controller provides high performance, network connectivity, and multiple hardware interfaces for integration with sensors, cameras, displays, and external devices.
How the Hazard Notification Works
The specifications below describe the hardware platform: the processor, interfaces, and connectivity. The hazard notification capability itself is entirely software-based — it is delivered by the application ID Network installs and configures on the device.
This means the sensor logic, thresholds, escalation rules, and notification channels are defined in software rather than fixed in hardware. The same platform can therefore be adapted to different scenarios — environmental monitoring, technical alarms, or site-specific conditions — without changing any hardware. Configuration and updates are handled by ID Network as part of the installation.
